Fall Break S.T.E.A.M. Camp Wraps Up!

The Wizarding World came to life in a Harry-Potter themed S.T.E.A.M. camp during this year’s Fall Break from October 9-13. Young witches and wizards participated in a variety of activities such as Care of Magical Creatures (squid dissections), wand making, potions class, magical machines (robotics), botany, structural engineering, alchemy, astronomy, environmental science, Quidditch matches, dance and acting classes and were rewarded at the end with a trip to Honeyduke’s Candy Store. The Hawaii Science and Technology Museum enrolled a total of 75 eager and excited students and parents often reported their children vigorously chattering about the day for hours on end after school! We will tell the story of this magical camp by posting many, many photos and videos over the coming days on this site and through our social media accounts at:
